ACF advised "Black Mirror" creators, writers and producers Charlie Brooker and Annabel Jones on the ground-breaking sale of their new company, Broke and Bones, to Netflix
Charlie and Annabel are truly once in a generation talent whose creativity and unique storytelling knows no bounds and we are honored to have advised them on this next phase in their careers. Charlie and Annabel are constantly re-defining television with their inventive content so it’s absolutely fitting that they are Netflix’s first acquisition in the scripted space. We have no doubt that Broke and Bones and Netflix are going to be at the forefront of quality, thought provoking content for many years to come.
This scripted deal is ACF’s 7th transaction in 2020, demonstrating the strong market demand for premium content companies, even during these turbulent times.
