Jason is a Managing Director at ACF with over 15 years of M&A advisory experience across the global entertainment ecosystem. Based in New York, he plays a key role in expanding ACF’s U.S. presence and leading upper mid-market transactions.

He has deep sector expertise across television, film, distribution, talent, IP, and agencies, and has advised on buy-side and sell-side mandates ranging from $50 million to $40 billion. Prior to joining ACF, Jason was a senior member of Lazard’s Media, Entertainment & Sports team, where he worked on numerous high-profile deals.

His transaction experience includes advising Raven Capital, Westbrook, STX, bMedia, Charlie Brooker, IAC, Plimsoll Productions, and Critical Content, among others.

Jason has been featured in Variety Dealmakers Impact Report and is a Certified Public Accountant and a FINRA-registered representative of ACF, having passed Series 63, 79, and the SIE.
