Dionne is a highly experienced office manager, personal assistant, and executive assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives, directors, and board-level professionals. With a diverse background spanning the hospitality, media, entertainment, and event management sectors, she has demonstrated her skilful coordination of national and international conferences and events, managing everything from agenda preparation to travel arrangements.
Prior to joining ACF, Dionne worked at NBCUniversal and played a pivotal role in providing comprehensive virtual reality product support and industry insight. She has actively contributed to fostering an inclusive work environment as a committee member for Employee Resource Groups.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dionne’s interests include creating voice-over advertisements and advocating for community change. She is a passionate mentor, avid traveller, and skilled knitter, and continually expands her knowledge through extensive research and reading.
