Bernd is Head of M&A, Europe at ACF, bringing over 20 years of experience in media and entertainment, private equity, and investment banking across the DACH region. Based in Munich, he plays a leading role in driving ACF’s European growth and strategic initiatives.

Before joining ACF, Bernd was Head of M&A at Verve Group and Chief Operating Officer (Board Member) at Your Family Entertainment AG. He has also held senior M&A and corporate development positions at Tele München Group (now Mediawan/Leonine) and ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, with a strong track record in platform building, business transformation, and value creation through strategic M&A.

Bernd holds an MBA from INSEAD.
