A vast majority of our deals has a significant element of the consideration deferred or contingent on future events or performance, often referred to as an “Earn Out”.
Each deal has been negotiated on an individual basis, with individual terms and conditions. In order to interpret and advise on these bespoke activities ACF has set up a dedicated team to assist on these matters called Post Deal Services "PDS".
