Thomas Dey played a key role in the negotiations between ITV and 12 Yard Productions in reaching an agreement on extending the incentivisation terms for the management team including Managing Director, Andy Culpin.

12 Yard is one of the world’s leading producers of game show and entertainment formats producing hit formats including the BBC’s long-running daytime quiz Eggheads, Saturday night BBC1 lottery formats In It to Win It and Who Dares Wins, primetime feel-good format Holding Out For A Hero for ITV1, and Coach Trip and Celebrity Coach Trip for Channel 4. The company was acquired by ITV in 2007.
The management team are also responsible for creating the International Emmy winning Without Prejudice? and the Rose d’Or-winning Men Are Better Than Women? During their tenure at the BBC, the management team were responsible for the global hit The Weakest Link, Dog Eat Dog and Jet Set.
