Stephen has joined ACF as a Business Consultant, bringing 25 years of M&A experience across the media and entertainment sector, including television, film, music, and publishing. A highly pragmatic negotiator, he has advised on landmark transactions for both multinational corporations and owner-managed companies.

Previously, Stephen was General Counsel and Partner at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and General Counsel at Olswang LLP, where he led a major firm restructuring, a business disposal, and the tripartite merger with CMS Cameron McKenna LLP and Nabarro LLP—the largest UK law firm merger. He also advised Warner Music Group on its £487 million acquisition of Parlophone Label Group from Universal Music Group.
