Vanessa brings significant private equity and M&A experience to ACF, combining over seven years in corporate finance with four years as Finance Director in the leisure industry. She previously worked at Grant Thornton on high-profile private equity-backed transactions across Leisure, Media & Entertainment, and Support Services, with expertise in buy-side deals, disposals, debt fundraising, and strategic advisory.

Vanessa also worked at a UK private equity house and served as Finance Director at Siblu, leading a buy-out and subsequent refinancing to support the acquisition of additional holiday parks. Her experience gives her deep insight into business growth strategies and operational complexities.
