Jason Rejebian | Managing Director
Jason Rejebian is a Managing Director at ACF and brings over 15 years of M&A advisory experience across the global entertainment ecosystem. Based in New York City, Jason plays a key role in expanding ACF’s presence in the U.S. financial community and advancing its focus on upper mid-market transactions.
Jason has deep sector knowledge in media and entertainment with a strong track record advising clients within television, film, distribution, talent, IP, and agencies. His transaction experience includes deal sizes ranging from $50 million to $40 billion across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
Prior to joining ACF, Jason was a senior member of Lazard’s Media, Entertainment and Sports team, where he advised on numerous high-profile deals.
Jason has represented Raven Capital on the sale of the Open Road Film Library to Shout! Factory, Westbrook on the sale of Telepool to Vuelta, STX on its sale to the Najafic Companies, bMedia, the leading OOH company in Puerto Rico, on its significant investment from Crestline, Black Mirror creator, Charlie Brooker, on the sale of his production company, Broke and Bones to Netflix, IAC on the sale of Electus and Artists First to Propagate, Plimsoll Productions on their investment from LDC, and Critical Content, a portfolio company of Anchorage, on its sale to SK Global.
Jason is a Certified Public Accountant and a FINRA registered representative of ACF, having passed Series 63, 79, and SIE exams.
